What is the process to get started?
-Contact us to meet with sales designer at the project site
-Follow up 2 nd appointment typically always at Vineyard Pools Design Center where your 3D design and proposal are presented.
-Finalize contract, materials, and permits prior to getting started with pool dig.
-Construction of a typical pool may take 3 to 4 months from dig to water depending on the
project and weather conditions.
HOW MUCH DOES A POOL COST?
Pools start around $47,000 to 50,000. 80′ perimeter flat simple pool with white plaster, 1 light, and some concrete.
Simple pools that begin to add upgrades such as pebble finish, raised walls, stone, water features, stamped concrete can cost 50,000 to 65,000 depending on details.
Spas add about $20,000 to a project.
What is the Payment Process Like?
– $1,000 deposit to get customer name on our dig list to reserve spot in line (non-refundable but 100% goes towards pool cost)
– 30% at Excavation
– 30% at Gunite
– 30% at Concrete deck
– 10% at plaster / pebble
How long does the process take?
First meeting may take a week or more to arrange. A week or more later, a 2 nd follow-up appointment will usually be scheduled when the design and proposal is presented at our office design center.
Construction requires approximately 3 to 4 months from dig to water (depending on complexity of project and conditions).
WHERE SHOULD I GO FOR FINANCING?
Lyon Financing
Most convenient funding – Homeowner texts a picture at time of excavation and again when it is full with water. Lyon then wires the money to Vineyard directly.
They work with multiple lenders to offer the best loan options for borrowers in all credit tiers (as low as 650).
